Current framework: ITIL (Version 5) is being introduced in phases, while ITIL 4 remains available during the transition. The certifications below reflect the current PeopleCert pathway requested for CNTLC.

The entry point for core concepts and practices in modern digital product and service management.
ITIL Service
Focuses on delivering resilient, high-performing digital services across the service lifecycle.
ITIL Plan, Implement and Control
A Practice Manager module covering operational planning and control, change enablement, deployment, release, configuration and IT asset management practices.
